Sonia is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has 11 years of experience as a registered nurse and psychiatric mental health NP partnering with adults and adolescents seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and many other mental health issues. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2012 and received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner track from Florida International University.

Sonia utilizes holistic, relational, collaborative, research, and evidenced-based guideline approaches to treatment, always maintaining cultural diversity, creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual.
